Man Charged After Police See Marijuana Growing At Home

HOLLIS, N.H. — A Hollis man has been charged with growing marijuana outside his home after a police officer there to serve a court summons saw the plants, police said.
David Orde, 53, has been charged with one count of manufacturing a controlled drug, and police said more charges are expected.
Police said they seized 16 pot plants from Orde’s property and then got a search warrant, went inside and found more marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
