Keene Food Theft Suspect Faces New Charge

KEENE, N.H. — A woman charged with stealing food donations in Keene has also been charged with stealing thousands of dollars from an 81-year-old man.
Darcy Wilson, 22, of Swanzey, N.H., initially was charged with stealing a box of food that had been donated at the Keene Fire Station for The Community Kitchen.
Now, she has been charged with cashing 30 checks — totaling more than $10,000 — belonging to Keene resident Charles Tousley. Tousley identified himself as the great-grandfather of Wilson’s daughter and said thefts from his bank account started around the time he was on a cruise with his wife in March and April.
